My Weekend

In the weekend on saturday afternoon i had stayed home for a little rest for church tonight. Then when it came to night i got ready to go to church then we went to church. At church we did a bring buy.A bring buy is when you make food and you sell it. We made Hot chips,Muffins,Cakes,Toasted sandwiches,Burgers, and 1.50 cans of drinks and sold it.

On sunday i went to training at cornwall park at 6 o'clock in the morning.

We had to do relays and run a long distance. We had to sprint non stop or we had to do it again and we only had 5 minutes to run comeback and tag our partner. After that we had a morning barbecue at cornwall park we had eggs with cheese,bacon minuce,and steak with bananas and weet bix. It was so nice i liked the bacon steak and the cheese eggs.

Tears of the albatrosses

This is about albatrosses tears and about a man wanting to trap the albatrosses. The man that trapped the albatrosses was named Timoti. And when he trapped them he was so happy. But These twins save the birds. The twins names were Tamaira and Naeroa. These Albatrosses are these mans servants. The albatrosses rather die than be disloyal to their real master. The Tohunga in this story is the albatrosses master.

Whales

Whales are species that live in the ocean.They are large

and they live in pods. a male whale is called a bull,a baby whale is could a calf, and a female whale is could a cow.and there a whales that a split up into two groups. whales with teeth and whales with no teeth.

Penguin Walkers

In our reading groups we read an article called Penguin Walkers. Here are some facts that I found out.

Antarctica

Antarctica is the most coldest,driest and the most windiest continent on earth. Antartica is twice bigger than australia.in Antartica 98% of the continent is covered in ice.

The wildlife in Antarctica is pretty cool it can give you lots of ideas. these are some of the wild animals seals,humpback whales,orcas,and penguins. In Antarctica there water is really fresh it is not salt water. which is pretty so when you get thirsty you can  could drink some water.
