Term 4 Immersion Assembly

Have you ever heard about something called Immersion assembly? Well on monday the first day of term 4, 2015. We had an immersion assembly. This was one of my favourite topics we have ever had. The topic for this term is survivor. I felt the excitement in my body waiting to burst out to know what the topic of this term was about. As soon as Mr Burt said it I just couldn't wait to learn about adapting, Adaptation.

So we all started our performances. First up was team 1! They made a movie. They first talked about their team going to the zoo and that was all but Mrs King Called out “Boring” as she was meant to, and they did a karaoke with a funny video with humans reacting and play with animals.They brang up some contestants but there could only be one winner. They sang a Katy Perry song called roar . I could tell you there were some good singers it was a hard decision for the judges, and finally there was a winner. The winner won a trip to the zoo with team 1.

Now it’s time to tell my favourite Performance which was by team 5. They had a really funny challenge, It was by eating noodles with chopsticks. There were 4 Teachers doing the Challenge, Miss Peato as the samoan. Miss Misela as The Tongan, Miss Ingram as an English person, and Miss Clark as the Asian. Who do you think won Miss Clark, Miss Peato, Miss Misela, or Miss Ingram? Well if you thought Miss Clark won you are right! They had a fake argument which was funny to all the kids, Because Islanders eat differently to other cultures. When they finished doing that challenge, Our team 5 teachers showed our really cool drawn Pictures of marvel heroes. Superman, Batman, Captain America, and Hulk.

This terms Immersion assembly was really cool. Especially the Heroes drawn by an artist. Well only if I could see Mr Burt’s amazing video over and over again. As I told you this was my favourite Immersion assembly.

This presentation is about savings. Savings is a really good thing. You could save for what ever you want. And once you get the thing you saved for then it will fill you right up with a lot of happiness. So when ever you want something save, it is a good thing to save.
